How to use (Customize & Bottle)

1. Stir base gently before use; avoid whipping air into the cream.
2. Add fragrance/EO: 0.3–1.0% (check IFRA/skin-safe rates).
3. Optional Add-ins:
   • Proteins (hydrolyzed keratin, rice, wheat): 0.2–1% for strength.
   • Butters/Oils (argan, shea, coconut, avocado): 0.5–3% for richer conditioning.
   • Humectants (panthenol, glycerin, propanediol): 0.5–2% for extra moisture.
   • Botanical Extracts (aloe, hibiscus, rosemary, green tea): 0.1–1%.
4. Mix gently until uniform.
5. Bottle & label. Allow 12–24 hrs for the base to stabilize before sale.

⚠️ Tip: Adding oils/butters may thicken slightly. For thinner consistency, dilute with distilled water or aloe juice (≤5%) and mix thoroughly.

Customer Use Directions

After shampooing, apply evenly to hair lengths and ends. Leave for 1–3 minutes (or longer for deep conditioning). Rinse thoroughly. For extra hydration, leave a small amount in as a light leave-in.

FAQs

Can I turn this into a leave-in conditioner?
Yes—dilute with distilled water/aloe to a lighter texture, bottle in a spray/mist, and use a fine mist sprayer.

How much fragrance should I add?
Most cosmetic fragrances: 0.5–1%. Many essential oils: 0.3–0.5% max. Always follow IFRA guidelines.

Can I add oils like castor or olive?
Yes—up to 3%, but test stability (too much oil may separate without solubilizers).
